Can Medication For BP Cause Cramps In Leg?

I am 62 and been on blood pressure medicine 5 mg for 6 years . My current blood pressure is 120 over 65 . I was getting leg cramps in one leg that wouldn t go away. I think the blood pressure medicine is the reason. I had to stop cholestorel due to inflammation . My blood pressure dropped twenty points after going off cholestorel medicine. I believe I don t need the blood pressure medicine now. What is your opinion?
