Can Migraine, Dizziness, Eye Twitching And Sinus Pain Be Caused By Getting Root Canal Done On Molar?

I had a root canal on my molar 5 days ago science then I have gotten migraines, dizziness, eye twitching and sinus pain. I do not know if they are related. However prior to the root canal my tooth only hurt if I chewed on it and before the filling and crown it had caused me no pain. Now it hurts if I bite the wrong way with just my teeth

hello
welcome to healthcare magic

RCT or root canal treatment cannot be the cause of migraine, dizziness, eye twitching and sinus pain.
since you have gone through RCT of your molar and crown replacement has been done which is a prefrerred treatment of choice but still its hurts you while biting then again visit your dentist as soon as possible, sometime improper placement of crown can lead to pain while biting.

thank you
