Can Mucinex Pill Taken For Cough Have Resulted In Diarrhea?

i took one mucinex pill this morning and have taken it in the past. and do not remember bad side effects. it relieve my flemmy cough but now i have diarrhea with not a stomach ACHE but weird growls and bad gas and just feel weak... is this the mucinex most likely? yes i ate today and drank some water

Hello.I think that diarrhea may be a symptom of viral infection that is causing the cough.I recommend to take a anti-diarrhea diet: rice, chicken, carrot, potato, apple, banana,toast, whitefish.I wish you good health.
