Your semen analysis report suggests decreased motility with infection. At least 55 % sperms should be actively motile. There is also excessive number of pus cells. Culture and sensitivity should be done so that proper antibiotics can be prescribed. Fertility should improve with control of infection. If low motility persists then further evaluation should be done including hormone assay, ultrasound of scrotum.
