Can Necrotizing Fasciitis Be Contracted Easily When Diagnosed With Thyroid, COPD And Colitis?
HELLO, I am living in a communal situation and have just found out that one of the girls living here has flesh eating disease. I am concerned because I have an under active thyroid condition, heart failure disease , COPD, ulcers, and just recently been diagnosed with colitis. I have also had radiation therapy in the last 4 yrs. My concern is that I might be at risk, because of my own medical condition? Can you help?

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
