Can Neurobian The Reason For Hormonal Imbalance?

one year ago ,suddenly i stop taking neurobion forte.....then it cause hormone imbalance.... my face was full of pimples and and it turned glowing skin from darkness......then doctor suugest me to take neurobion forte and it had been 6 months i am taking neurobion forte.... but my face is dark.... its not cure . plz tell me what to do..... plz

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Neurobion forte contain vitamin B12. It does not affect your hormonal imbalance. Dark circle and face may get some improvement by it. But if you have hormonal imbalance then you need hormonal treatment. Just taking ng neurobion forte is not sufficient.
