Can Nose Bleeding And Nasal Congestion Be Cured By Surgical Method?

i got my nose checked up the other evening, and they told me my nose bone was bent. they said it causes my occasional nose bleeding and nasal congestion. anyway i got my surgery scheduled, they said its case by case but they will either bend or break my nose bone and use razer and stuff. i lived fine my whole life and im curious whether this surgery is neccessary.

so.. my question is,

is surgery neccessary?

could i know what kind of surgerical methods are available for these kind of problems?

hi,
usually there should be both the nasal cavities near similar in size.
when there is dissimilar in proportion(called as nasal septal deviation), it produce congestion and other infection very frequently,so sometime based on clinical problem,correction of it by surgery is requied.
result of this kind of surgery are quite appreciative.
