What Causes Loss Of Smell And Nasal Congestion?
SYMPTOMS: Loss of smell, sinuses running alternating with stuffed nose, bleeding profusely without warning out of one nostril, the bloody nose preceded by a feeling of pressure build up in the head, unable to stop bleeding in reasonable manner, not taking any medications, no hypertension or anything like that, older healthy male of 77 years of age ?

You need to get a ct scan head with para badal sinuses,you may have a angiofibromas,a type of a tumor which bleeds profusely.
