Can Oral Health Issues, Menstrual Irregularity, Seborrheic Dermatitis, Visions Changes Be Caused By One Central Condition?

I have been having issues with my oral health for some time, my teeth get loose throughout the day and sometimes tighten back up, only some areas sensitive to hot and cold. I was told I had burning mouth, but now they're saying I might have or also have lichen planus oral.

Six months ago I had perfect oral health and I've experience multiple changes otherwise...menstrual irregularity, seborrheic dermatitis, eye floaters, visions changes...couldn't this all be caused by one central condition?

Yes , conditions like PCOS (Poly cystic ovarian syndrome ) and stress can all lead to the problems that you have stated .

A detailed history would be needed .the history should include

1. your age and menstrual history in detail

2 .the chronology of various problems ,

3 . whether any treatment/opinion was sought and taken and if taken what
were the medicines taken and the response to them

4 . any weight gain or loss

5 . any discoloration of the inside of cheeks or tongue .

once the above information is given , a conclusive answer can be provided .
