Can Overdose Of Amoxicillin Cause Any Problem In Kids?

My 21 month old, 22 pound daughter has an ear infection and is being treated with amoxicillin plus tylenol for fever. Her most recent doses of the tylenol were at 7 AM, noon, and at 6 PM. I accidentally gave her another dose at 7 PM, just one hour after the previous dose. Each dose was 1.2 mL of the concentrated drops (120 mg, I believe.) Is there anything I should do or watch out for regarding potential overdose?
