Just a quick question

Can encephalopathy be cause by a paracetamol overdose and is it treatable. I,m not trying to gain any attention here but I have done this and as a result, in the next morning I felt as if my touch sense had become a lot dimmer. If this is the case, can you please name a treatment to get out of this cursed state, because I also can't feel myself think. It would be much appreciated.
