Can Pain And Numbness In Fingers Be Related To Spinal Injury?

Fell down a window well 3 years ago and have buldging c3 and c5, with stenosis. This has caused numbness to my right thumb and radiating numbness to the r arm as well when fatigued. The past week I'm not able to bend my r ring finger. Could this be related to the above. Scheduled for level 3 disctectomy with fusion.
