Can Pain In The External Urethral Orifice Interfere With Sexual Intercourse?

I ASK about pain in the external urethral orifice not associated with uti symptoms no swelling or discharged,,, I suspect small stick rather than infection. I was used ciprofloxacin tab 500 bid for 5 days but there is minimal improvement. is this pain later on interfere with sexual intercource or not? And what is the best management ?? Can I use topical antibiotics as gentamycin or tetracycline,,which already uses in the eye condition ;;in my this case if suspect the infection??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain condition of urethra without the infection then it may be nonspecific, it may be gender related too and here you have not given any information about age and gender, stone condition in either gender need to be ruled out hope this information helps.
