Can Past Abortions Hinder Chances Of Pregnancy?

am 29 years old and recently got married. for the past three months we've tried i getting pregnant of which have not been successful.I have had four past surgical abortions all done by proffessional doctors and were in the first timester. And now am ready to have a child however am worried could this be the reason why havent gotten pregnant. Am worried. , i do have regular periods and with no health problems.Advice.

Previous surgical abortions can cause Lil trouble wen done by docs in hospital sterile set up.only if there was any infection after abortion it can cause tube blockage however tat can b testes with a simple hysterosalphigogram or diagnostic hysterolap.after examining u ur doc wil advice u accordingly.
