I have been detected up on colonscopy Pedunculated polyp of 1. 5 cm. 45 cm. the anal verge and the stool is thin does not go easily to the large intestine which is full of gas some times with pressure. Biopsy diagnosis says Sigmoid colon polyp - Tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia . Can the polyp be operated.? Is there risk of perforation of intestine. RKPanicker. Email YYYY@YYYY
