Can Pelvic Masses Cause Constipation?

My 3 year old son has had chronic constipation since birth, he has a raised CRP and raised white blood cell count. He just had a xray which showed a mass in his pelvis which is causing a displacement and is pushing his bowel upwards, what could this be?

Yes it may cause constipation. pelvic mass push the bowel so normal passes of stool hampered. but it depend upon the size of mass and location.
