Can Persistent Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

i have consulted my doctor regarding my left shoulder, i was given an injection but it has no effect at all, i tried another doctor and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder, i was given tramadol for pain, until i tried mx3, i have been taking it for 2 wks now but the pain is still there, do i have to stop it now? thank you.
