Can Pills Help With Aborting A Child?

I may have conceived I have not yet had my period and I can not raise a child, due to finical situations. So I need a positive way to abort the child without Getting an abortion. I want a natural way or a pill to abort the early child I am not a month into it I don t think I just can t have a child right now... I need help....

There is no natural way for abortion. You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pills.
1. Advice before abortion:
Proper guidance abut abortion pill and use under observation of health care provider
Pelvic examination
USG : to confirm intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week
Do not use at home by self as it cause serious complication that can not be controlled at home
2. Abortion pill usage: 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally /bucally after 24 hours. Dose should be modified by gynecologist if no induced bleeding
3. Post abortion care:
USG after 14 days to confirm completeness process of abortion
Rest for 24 hour. analgesic, maintain pelvic hygiene
Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies in future
