Can Positional Vertigo Cause Nausea?

I have bile +++ in stomach. I may hav positional vertigo. Nausia all the time, but is exasperated by bending, head turning. Foods only have become problematic when positional vertigo causes nausia,, it is complex and severe. Stemitil does not work, any advice would be great. I am suffering 20 years with these symptoms, but has begun to get worse, on nexium, but no relief, thank you, had Gastroscopy recently,
