Can Post Surgery Pilonidal Cyst Be Treated?

Do you treat post surgery pilonidal cyst removal cysts? I had open wound surgery in November 3 and still not healed. I would like a second opinion to see what is going on, and how can this healing moved forward as I need to go to work? Can you help? Do you need a referral? I am from rural Manitoba.
