Can Pregnancy Happen With Out Fertility Medicine?
Hi doctor. We are trying to conceive. I am 30 years old and my husband is 31 years old. My husband is slightly overweight with a bmi of about 26 or 27. I have a normal body weight. My first TVUS is normal until I was put on Clomid (100mg for 5 days) and Premarin (0.625 mcg/24 days). I didn't become pregnant with the fertility work-up. My second TVUS result showed that I have polycystic features. I guessed because I took Clomid. My husband got his S/A result and everything is normal except for the morphology of only 3% (Kruger) with teratozoospermia. Doctor, is there a chance for me to get pregnant even without taking fertility drugs? We are trying for 7 months now. I wanted to track my ovulation period thru kits. I have experienced ovulation pains though like hip pain, sore nipples. Please help.

Hello, of course you can conceive but since you are already 31 years old and have been trying for 6 months already its better to take clomiphene at the earliest
