Can Previous Abortion Affect Future Pregnancy?

hi doctor, I was pregenant from 2 months & i get abortion after 6 weeks , after blood analysis found high CMV/Igg 68.7, i got antibiotic course but i didn't make blood anylsis again yet, pls. advice if i get pregenant again this problem may occur, & if this may effect the baby and after how long i can get pregenant again to avoid this problem

Understand your concern
Yes you can pregnant again,as Ig G is positive. It suggests previous infection and immunity develop against the infections. It is not active infection so you can become pregnant.
You can become pregnant after 2-4 normal menstrual period will get.
But it require close follow up of gynecologist and if needed antibiotics, HCG and Progesterone should be given to manage the pregnancy.
