Can Primary T Wave Abnormality Seen In EKG Report Curable?

I received an EKG report with sinus rhythm with marked sinus arrhythmia with short PR. It also said abnormal QRS t angle! consider primary T wave abnormality. Is this treatable? I work out 3-5 times per week. My email is YYYY@YYYY I m an active 67 who eats healthy.
