doctor i am diagnosed with adenomyosis last three months i had hevy bleeding my hb dropped to 7.2 .my doctor strted primeoloute-n thrice daily for three weeks.my question is this drug has any tendecy to cause cancer in the body am waiting for your kind reply

hello, if you have a family history of breast or genital malignancies plus if the use is of prolonged duration eg 6 months than there is a risk of neoplasia and associated malignancy, which u should discuss with ur physician. however if the above factors aren't in play plus the pros outweigh the cons In terms of ur adenomyosis being diagnosed, you should should continue the medication. thanx
