Can Procrit Injections Cause Diarrhea?
My husband has mantel cell lymphoma, he has been given Procrit injections. My question is can Procrit cause diaherra? It seems that within a day or two after getting it he has a sudden urge and loses control it may only happen once not repeated as chronic diaherra. I have tried to find if this could be one of the side effect. Thanks

Yes, Procrit (epoetin alfa) injection can cause diarrhoea. It is one of the documented side effect of this injection. To be more specific, it happens in about 9% of patients receiving Procrit.
