Can Pus, Ankle And Foot Swelling Due To Stasis Dermatitis Be Treated?

Hi, My father is 53 years old and he is suffering from statis dermatitis. The main cause for it is varicose veins it seems. He is under treatment from past 6 years but it hasn't helped a lot. Its near the left leg ankle. Entire ankle and foot has swollen and it has the skin pattern of statis dermatitis patients. The skin even sweats a lot of pus during winter. The issue became seriosu now when he started showing similar symptoms even on his right leg. Please consult what could be an immediate/long term remedy. I am looking for experienced doctors near Bangalore/Kolkata for a personal visit too, if possible.
