The pus cells in urine with pinworm in stool indicate chronic worm manifestation with recent UTI.
Following measures will help to cure at earliest
- more liquids to maintain hydration status - urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium citrate - citrus containing fruits or oral chewable preparations of vitamin C - prescription of urinary antibiotics as fluoroquinolones or else as per the antibiotic susceptibility in culture report - mebendazole and other eradicative measures for pinworm
In my clinic, after thorough eradication of infection and worms, I do recommend nutritional support and weight regaining program over a period of time till complete recovery.
