Can "No Doz" Be Taken On A Regular Basis?

Hey, I was just wondering about a product called "No Doz" I have this thing where I don't want to go to sleep, I just don't want to waste my time and I want to do things like clean my room, or do art or write or something. So I take only ONE No Doz pill At night and then that helps me stay up for a bit, and I usually just stay up till the morning ( Like today I stayed up till 4am and had to get up for school at 6) then during the day I might take one at 8 :30 -9 ish in the morning at school to keep me awake, and possibly but rarley a second at around 1 to give me an extra kick. considering I'm only usually taking two , can you please give me your opinion?

people are telling me I'll have a heart attck, But I don't take many at all so yeah, thanks :)

My opinion? Ok...as a physician I don't understand why you are doing what you are doing because it sounds very unhealthy in the first place. Doing everything you can NOT to get proper rest is contrary to healthy lifestyles. Secondly, over the counter products such as what you're describing can have all sorts of secondary unwanted and rebound effects if taken for any length of time and that will make it even more difficult for you to BOTH stay awake and fall asleep. I don't know the ingredients exactly but I would imagine there has to be caffeine in there and maybe a few South American herbs that are known to increase alertness (and are potentially dangerous). So, taking such products is definitely not something that doctors I know are likely to recommend. Those are my opinions. Your friends seem to be in agreement with what I'm saying, right?

But you are the ultimate master of your destiny so best of luck with all the projects you plan on getting done when you probably would be BETTER OFF SLEEPING which will likely increase your productivity even better than NO DOZ.
