Can Red Spot On Penis Be Symptom Of Std?

I'm 18 y/o, 5'9" in height, around 87kg. I noticed shiny red spot on my penis head, I've had this for about a month or so and I'm scared it might be STD. It's very glossy in appearance and very reddish. There's no pain or itchiness or signs of flaking. I've never had sex before but I do masturbate and I don't have a history of STDs. What can it be?

HI
Well come to HCM
The red spot that you have on your penis may not be due to STD or any other disease but this could be nonspecific and this would come around, only thing you need to do is keep this under observation if this goes on changing the color or increasing in the size then this may need clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
