Can Regular Consumption Of Soft Drink Elevate Fasting Blood Sugar Level?
Hi Im from the Philippines, Aside from my daily regular coffee that is a 3 in 1 (coffee mixed with milk and sugar) I consume at least 2 bottles of softdrinks a day. Two months a go i had a FBS done and the result was 96. Just recently the result was 116. Does the softdrinks play a major role in this increase or is there something wrong with a vital organ?

Definitely soft drinks have an impact on your blood sugar levels. try to avoid aerated drinks as much as possible
