I started masturbation from 8th class and at that time i did it daily some times twice a day but i never feel weak or tired when i came to 20 yrs i started feeling tired when i masturbate and becoming weak...so i quit masturbation some how my health cond is okkk but my pennis became to worse it is soo small and not even rasing when a kiss scene goes on tv and now i donot get mood,feelings on seeing a beautiful lady ...i lost all my sexual intrest i am worrying bcz after maraige i cant make my wife happy plzzz help me...with some medicines

Masturbation is a normal physiological phenomenon. Doing it will not cause any problems related to health. Infact, doing it periodically would keep the sperms healthy as old sperms are discharged out. It stimulates testis to produce new, fresh and healthy sperms. It doesn't cause physical weakness or affect fertility or sexual life.

You are unnecessarily worried and anxious about your married life. Kindly eat a healthy diet and exercise to keep yourself fit. Practice meditation to keep yourself stress-free. Do pelvic floor strengthening exercises regularly to improve your sexual activity. Gradually, you should be able to gain confidence and improve your performance.
