No , there are no side effects , HB 4 dose schedule is already used by gov. of INDIA with zero dose at birth , Polio drops are otherwise also given at 9 months , regarding influenza if already received 2 doses of flu , it means it is 3rd dose , but it is not going to have any side effects as recent studies with double doses of flu vaccines found it to be safe .

Hello. I just read through your question. you do not have to be concerned that the children received the same vaccines as last time. you can't overdose on the vaccines.
