hello, my husband and i are trying for another baby, we already have 2 children and we are having trouble getting pregnant this time around, my question is my husband has a hernia and it is down in his scrotum, could this be causing us a problem with conceiving? thank you
Hi. Thanks for your query, very simply explained and put-in. Since you have two children and hernia would have been there since long, scrotal hernia can not per se cause infertility unless it remains there and increases the temperature in the scrotum so much that the sperm production in numbers or quality is hampered. Yet the simplest way is to get his Semen analysis and that will uncover all the things. If the semen analysis is normal, it is you that have to go for the tests of infertility.
