Can Skin Grafting Cover Cuts Made On Hands During Depression?

Hi Dr..

I got a scar on my left hand, Long time back I cut my hand with a knife due to some personal reason and high depression. Total of 8 scars. Would that be possible to do Skin Graft and heal it completely.

Also please let me know how much it will cost for that.
