Can Skin Tag In The Tonsil Area Be Tonsillitis Symptoms?

Hello,
I have a skin tag like form on my right tonsil, I do not have a sore throat, headache or any ear pain nor does it seem like my glands are swollen. It doesnt hurt just feels like I have something stuck in mouth. It does not look like pictures f tonsil stones or tonsilitiis, any ideas?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The mucosal tag arising from the tonsil can be because of the fungal infection like candidiasis. The swelling over the tonsil can be because of the peritonsillar abscess. Nothing to be panic, consult a good ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while, you can take topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole if it is fungal infection. If it is a bacterial infection resulting in peritonsillar abscess then, you can take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin(IF YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC). Do saline gargling.
