Can Smooth Antibodies In Blood Affect Other Parts?

I suffered with Autoimmune Hepatitis for 15 years and was on Predisolone then Azathioprine. I have been drug free for over 5 years as my liver function is normal. I still have Smooth muscle antibodies in my blood. Could these be attacking any other part of my body. I also have Raynauds Disease and Vitiligo.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have autoimmune disease. So your antibodies will always remain there. You have also high chance of other autoimmune disease. Yourr antibodies may cross react with other cells and produce other symptoms also. You should go for complete ANA profile and take steroids according to your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
