General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Soriatane is a good drug for severe and unresponsive psoriasis. It may not have any effect on the intestinal motility.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may have a C.T.scan to know the position of the mesh, If it is loose, you may need to have a correction.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
