Can Stenosis And Narrowing, Neck Pains, Headaches And Finger Numbness Be Treated?

Hi, I am 51 years old, I have a fusion from an auto accident at c6/7 in August of 2010. It temporarily relived the numbness and pain. But it is back full force. I am to;d the MRI shows extreme narrowing and stenosis at c3/4-. The pain in my necks causes severe headaches and the numness extends to all my fingers in my left hand. What are my options, I am trying therapy but it just seems to aggravate the situation. Thoughts?
