Can Stiffness In Back, Neck And Knees Be A Result Of Suffering From Osteoarthritis?

Hi i have Osteo Arthritis at the moment, i have had it for years. Before xmas in both my hands i have pins and needles in both my hands, have in my legs and feet as well. I have stiffness in my back, neck ,knees, my fingers swell up all the time, same as my feet.

As per your history there is possibility of polyarthritis associated with osteoarthritis.

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, does she have such complain?
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased does she have such stiffness in spine?

Harmone imbalance like hypothyroidism also leads to similar complain.so check your thyroid profile.
