General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Regular physical exercise along with medicines would help in lowering blood pressure. Yet, sudden undue physical and psychological stress would raise blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
