Hi, I have gone through your question. Ultrasound at 5 weeks is too early to detect heart beat in the fetus. Susten is a progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus. Folic acid is given to prevent congenital defects in the fetus. They both support the pregnancy, but do not help in bringing heart beat in fetus. I suggest you to not to worry, and get your ultrasound repeated after 2 weeks, which is the appropriate time to look for the fetal heart beat. In the meantime, you can continue taking folic acid and Susten. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
