Can Take Pyrazinamide And Ethambutol For Endometric Tuberculosis?
Hi , i am 30rs old being treated fot endometric tuberculosis for last 03 months. I am taking isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol for last 03 months. Now my gynae suggests me to stop taking pyrazinamide and continue with others, while my phsician tells to stop taking pyrazinamide and ethambutol both. kindly suggest what is correct.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that in initial phase in the tubercular infection four drug regime being given and after couple of months two drugs taken off and this is pyrazinamide and Ethambutol, and this is the right decision, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
