Can Taking Cortisone Shot Cause Changes In The MRI Test Result?
I had a cortisone injection for chronic neck pain two days ago. It was a systemic injection ,not localized in the neck. The dose was 4.5 mg . I am booked for a MRI tomorrow. Will this treatment interfere with the MRI results. Please advice. Thanking you

this is very little dose of cortisone
it doesn't interfere with the test results
don't use cortisone injections as they causes osteoporosis , hypertension, decreases immunity ., what not
