Can Taking Ambien Or Stress Delay Periods?

I m on birth control (low ogestrel tablets), zoloft for depression and anxiety (150mg), hydroxyzine for sleep (50mg) and ambien (5mg). I m 18 and I ve been sexually active for three years with my boyfriend. My periods in the past have been: December 30-January 2, January 28-February 1, February 24-28, March 1-3, March 25-28. I was recently just put on ambien in the beginning of April and still have not gotten my period. I took two pregnancy tests but I took them two or three days after I missed it, but they were both negative. I m wondering if ambien or stress can cause an absence of menstruation because I also had a very stressful night about a week ago where I tried to overdose. I m a pretty avid athlete and usually work out for 1-2 hours a day. The past two weeks I haven t had the chance to. I ve been looking for signs of pregnancy but if anything I m eating less. I know I have to get my blood tested to see if I really am pregnant, but is there any information or advice you could offer me right now?
