What Is The Treatment For Insomnia And Chest Pain?

Hello.Im shamin.Im 26 yrs old.Ive been suffering from insomnia since last year,about 1 year.i have taken bunch of medicines,Zolpidem,Mirtazpaine,Trazodom,and so on.Now im on Zolpidem.I have been taken zolpidem for 6months by now.even though if i take these medicines i get up at 1.30 at midnight.so doctor has told me to take more zolpidem it mean normally im prescribed to take 10mg . now i should take 15mg.NOW MY CHEST IS PAINING A LOT I CANT EVEN WALK ALSO.WHEN I WAT TO GO TO UPSTARES I CANT GO MY CHEST IS GETTING PAIN.when i fall in sleep i get a shock and suddently wake up as my chest is paining . so i told it to doctor and i was prescibed PROPANANOL 40mg . I HAVE BEEN TAKEN IT FOR 2WEEKS BY NOW.BUT MY CHEST IS STILL PAINING IM HELPLESS..PLS HELP ME DOCTOR.PLS GIVE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.which kind of doctor should i consult.

hi shamin..regarding your insomnia u seem to require a sedative which works in mid and late stages of sleep too, as zolpidem only works in early phase of sleep cycle.
regarding your chest pain few more details are required : what is the quality of pain,is it exertion related, is it accompanied by breathlessness?,does it radiate anywhere? any aggravating or relieving factors?how frequent is it ? how long does it last once it starts? since how many days are you suffering with it
