Can Taking The Following Medicines Be Safe For Triple Vessel Coronary Artery?

My father in law has been diagnosed with Triple vessel coronary artery disease; he has been on the following medication for the past 3 weeks; and is currently facing unexplained weakness. he is feeling weakerby day. could you please advise on what medication to continue? tab ceruvin A 75- once daily Xtor 20--- one daily at night Cardace 2.5 --- one daily at night Lasilactone 40- once daily after lunch Ranolza OD - once daily at night Tab Ismo 20--- twice daily at morning and evening 4:00 Pantodoc 40---- once daily before breakfast...

Hello,

He needs to use all these medications, and you only can monitor his blood pressure and cardiac frequency, especially when he feels weak, ismo can be once daily, in the evening.

I do not see aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) which is very important, and a possible beta blocker based on the heart rate and blood pressure.
