What Causes Vomiting While Taking Thyronorm, Pantodac And Neksium For Neurology Problems?

Hello Doctor, My mother is about 87 years old and suffers from chronic cough. All the x rays and blood reports are normal. She has some other neurology problems. I will list down the medicines being used by her. pl. advise. 1) Thyronorm 75 mcg 2) Pantodac 40mg 3) Neksium 40 mg (only since 3 days on the advise of pulmonologist) (4) Telekast 10 mg (since 3 days on the advise of the pulmonologist) 5) Ebast 10 mg (since 3 days on the advise of the pulmonologist) 6) Clavam syrup 5ml 3 times ( since 3 days on the advise of the pulmonologist) 7) Levolin syrup 5ml Twice (on the advise of the pulmonoligist) 8) Somazina 500 9) Donamem BDI 10) Ismo 10 mg 11) Inapure 10mg 12) Ranozex 500 13) Calcium Tab BDI 14) Deoxrange cap 15) Stamlo 2.5mg 16) Clopitab 75 on (alternate day) 17) Tonact 5 mg 18) Gelisil syp, 3 times. Since 2 days she is suffering with vomittings. pl advise which medicines are over doses or repeated and which can we safely avoid.

* Of the list narrated here, 2 of the prime medicines which can induce vomiting are antibiotic Clavum and blood thinner Clopitab; the consumption requirement and any dosage adjustments or molecule change policy should be discussed with the treating physician only.
