Can The Body Expel The Non Viable Fetus On Its Own?

I took the abortion pill to end a pregnancy, took the firtst tab and three days later i took the misoprostol tab and passed 2 huge clots of blood and bled for 3 days and it stopped. I eventually did a pregnancy test 2weeks after and it shows positive and did an ultrasound that shows a non viable fetus with no heart activity at 6weeks what procedure I am likely to undergo this time, and is it possibly for my body to expell the fetus without any medical aid.

Hello,
Since you had a failed medical abortion, it is advisable to undergo surgical evacuation. This is to avoid infection and coagulation defects which may set in with a dead fetus in utero for a prolonged period. A missed pregnancy can also abort spontaneously, but, in your case, this seems less likely. Please see a specialist, get blood counts, urinalysis and coagulation profile and get further management. Follow up should be done after two weeks along with a repeat trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope this helps.
