Can Thrush Cause Body Rash And Fever In Infant?
TOOK MY 8 MONTH OLD TO DOC FOR THRUSH. BY THE TIME I GOT HIS MEDS (24 HRS AFTER APPT) IT LOOKED CLEARED UP SO I DIDNT GIVE IT. HE RAN A 101 FEVER FOR A COUPLE DAYS. NOW HE HAS A RASH ALL OVER AND I NOTICED SOME THRUSH PATCHES STILL IN, OR CAME BACK, HIS CHEEKS. CAN THRUSH CAUSE A BODY RASH AND FEVER?

Thrush is mostly because of fungal infection like candida. It is less likely to cause fever but if it gets secondarily infected it can cause such symptoms.
