Can Thunderstorms And Tornado In Environment Relieve Shingles?

I have had shingles (first time) for the past 28 days. Three days ago we were having severe thunderstorms and a tornado watch. The following morning I woke up without pain! Could this relief be due to the storms? (Unfortunately, the pain returned as the day wore on.)
